For Shop Floor data collection, MICRONTEL has designed MICRONPROD, the reliable solution for the control and management of the information related to the manufacturing environment, aimed at offering all that is necessary to respect the delivery times, optimize the production resources and check the products through statistical detection systems.
MICRONPROD is composed of hardware controllers and readers, a data acquisition system and a data analysis software.
MICRONPROD performs in Real Time the control, the on-line enabling check and the monitoring of all the events generated by the manufacturing units (manpower and/or machines).
MICRONPROD interacts with ERP’s and schedulers, following the entire path from a work order acquisition to the return of all analyzed data (worked time, quantities produced, scraps…).
MICRONPROD can be integrated by modules and software procedures that supply all the tools to overcome the requirements related to the management, control and interactivity of the work flow. Each project, which is developed following on-site analyses, can either follow standard requirement or can be customized to a high extent.
